Fairfield Police have been provided with valuable information, revealing another warehouse containing more than $1 million of fraudulently obtained wine, as they continue investigations into an alleged large scale scam.

Investigators from the Fairfield Local Area Command commenced an investigation into three warehouses and more than $5 million worth of wine, pallets and bottled water that were discovered at Fairfield, Wetherill Park and Alexandria this week.

As the police investigation continued many people involved in the wine industry have provided additional information about their dealings with World Wide Trading Pty Ltd.

Yesterday Fairfield Police, acting on information received, went to a fourth warehouse in Allingham Street at Condell Park.

Officers located another 96 pallets of various wines at the premises with an estimated value of $1.5 million.

Police established a crime scene at the location overnight and it has remained under guard.

The warehouse will be further examined by forensic experts today.

Police investigators from Fairfield Local Area Command have urged anyone who has had dealings with World Wide Trading Pty Ltd and has not yet spoken to police to come forward.
